“God created man in his own image.” Genesis 1:27
As much as I know that you are anxious to find out what happened after we collapsed back to zero, and whether or not we solved the problem of Daath, before I get to that I want to first take a little theoretical pause and introduce you to a rather important (and often misunderstood) spiritual idea and that is the idea of breath. Now, those of you who have been seekers for a long time, those of you walking down one spiritual path or another, will recognize the idea of breath as an important spiritual topic. The idea of it appears everywhere in spiritual texts from ancient to modern, dogmatic to iconoclast. I myself even emphasize it. In my book The Great Awakening I call breath the single most important spiritual concept there is.
And it is!
As I said, breath is primordial.
Breath is literally the first act of creation and while it might have seemed a bit over the top to say at the time, now you can see why I say it.
Now you know the truth.
Every breath that your physical body takes is a one hundred percent reflection of the actual and literal breath of God. For this reason, every breath you take with your physical unit is potentially the most sacred thing that you can do. I say potentially because most of the time we walk around taking breath for granted. It is something we’ve been doing since we were born and we just don’t think about it or worse, we disrespect it. But you can’t do that and if you do, you have to stop.
Of course, I’m not pointing fingers here.
I’m not blaming anyone.
After all, it’s not our fault that we show such disrespect for breath on this earth.
We’ve never been taught. Not only do we never really learn the spiritual significance of breath from our parents or our institutions of truth (i.e., religion and science), but our first breath in the physical body is induced traumatically via an over medicalized and harsh birthing procedure. After that, it’s all downhill. By the time we are adults, our blasphemous disrespect of breath is so bad we literally go around killing each other without giving it a second thought.
We dump toxins.
We shoot bullets.
We starve children and produce moving picture blasphemies of God and Spirit.
It’s bad, but like I said, no judgment. Perhaps if somebody had explained it to us earlier, perhaps if the first breathe of our hyper sensitive physical unit wasn’t induced by a violent slap in a horror show theatre, perhaps if we didn’t experience a socialization process designed to breed disrespect, we’d have more respect for the sacred breath of creation.
But we don’t.
Still, no sense crying over spilled milk.
And, no sense blaming anyone.
No judgment is implied or enacted. However, let me tell you now, you can’t get very far in your own awakening and empowerment if you don’t realize the importance of breath and learn to respect it.
Remember the story of creation in volume one of the Book of Light.
First, there is nothing.
Then, there is the awakening awareness of “I.
Then, there is the expansion of the Fabric – exhale.
Then, there is Daath.
Then, there is the inhalation.
Breathe out.
Unfold consciousness.
Breathe in.
Fold consciousness
Breathe out.
Unfold.
Breathe in.
Fold.
The folding and unfolding of The Fabric is the Breath of God. Yu can see why spiritual teachers of all levels emphasizes breath. Not only is it, quite literally, one of the most fundamental aspects of creation but the truth of it is mirrored at every level of physical creation.
You should already be aware that the breath of God is mirrored in every breath of your human body, but it’s not just your human body. You have to know, human beings aren’t special in this regard. I know the bible says “God created man in his own image”[1] and all that, but that’s patriarchical and silly church nonsense. The truth is, it is not just the human body that is created in the image of God. The image of God is reflected in everything on this planet and in this entire universe. It is in the moment by moment respiration of complex life, in the daily breath of the trees, in the yearly cycles of gross matter (planets, solar systems, etc.), and on and on throughout the physical universe at all levels of creation.
It’s everywhere.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Every aspect of creation, animate or inanimate, has a breath cycle.
Breathe out. Unfold
Breathe in. Fold.
It’s fundamental and, FYI, this is the true meaning of as above, so below. Everything around us is constructed based on God’s image. [2] It’s actually quite neat when you think about it. But not only that, it’s important as well. The whole as above so below thing, and the fact that breath represents a fundamental reality of spirit, really, really, really, really, really underlines the importance of taking breath seriously.
Make sure you’re paying attention here.
Breathing is the act of creation.
Therefore, if you want to master creation in the physical unit, breathe properly. This means not only proper technique[3] but proper conceptualization. Breathe deep and calmly for sure, but think about the significance of each breathe as well. Whenever you breathe, but especially when you visualize, consider the expansion and collapse of The Fabric.
Consider the Breath of God.
Exhalation is a manifestation.
Inhalation is a preparation.
Seeing the full significance of your breath will enhance the creative power of your visualizations and meditations.
Finally, as you begin to bring proper conceptualization into your breathing technique, make sure you pay particular attention to what sorts of ideas are in your mind on the out breath.
This is very important.
As you continue to increase your power and understanding of the world around you, your will have much more influence and power the world around you. So much so that it may, as above in consciousness so below in matter, surprise you at times.
So remember who you are.
You are God.
With every breath you take, you create the universe.
[1] Genesis 1: 27.
[2] If you want, consider this basic truth (i.e., as above, so below) as one tool you can use to discern spiritual truths. Be aware that truth, no matter how it is reflected, is always a reflection of top level spiritual principles. Therefore, you can use the idea of as above, so below to test. Any spiritual truth you come across should be able to demonstrate coherence with high level spiritual concepts. There should be no disjuncture and no unnecessary complexity. Despite what some EPMO scientists might want to tell themselves, the universe is actually a very simple place and one of the manifestations of this simplicity is the way things are mirrored “from above, to below.”
Of course, you do have to be careful. While using this idea of reflection to help you discern is useful, you have to apply the principle mindfully. On this earth there is a danger. As you are no doubt aware at this point, our current “reflection” is a degraded reflection. As a result of the imposition of The Veil and the severing of our connection to The Fabric, the reflection has become corrupted and distorted. It is now little more than a living blasphemy of the wonder and glory that is Spirit. So be careful. Just because you see something on this planet, i.e., war duality, poverty, does not necessarily make it a reflection of the higher realities of Spirit. Sorting out the reflection from the distortion is the hallmark of mastery. Recognizing that there is a distortion is, quite literally, the first step on the path to mastery.
Once again, please understand, there is no judgment implied here and no punishment will be meted out. At the same time, we (and by “we” I mean Immortal Spirit) will no longer tolerate the continuation of the blasphemy. As explained in the Book of Life: Ascension and the Divine World Order, there is no more need. Therefore, now would be a good time to start the process of improving the reflection.
