What is Ascension?

Is the current ascension a given?
Yes, it is.
Is it a gradual, continuous process that has already begun, or will it be a “big bang” event around 2012?
It is a gradual and continuous process that has already begun. However, 2012 is a kind of “marker.” It is at that point where the disintegration of the “old world” becomes very obvious to everyone. This will be frightening for those who have not awakened because they will not see the new world that is already emerging and they will think that the entire ship is sinking when in fact its only the old world and the old ways which are moving towards oblivion. As an awakened Lightworker it will be your job to calm and teach the way forward into spiritual awakening and ascension.
What is our personal responsibility in the process? (Chakra activation/prayer/walking through our fears)
That really depends on the non-binding karmic contract we signed before incarnating. It is hoped (by all parties involved) that we will complete the conditions outlined in our karmic contract and we will certainly strive our best to accomplish the tasks. But if we don’t, we don’t. It’s not a big deal. There is enough “redundancy” built into the plan so that we do not have to feel under pressure to perform.
What is our collective responsibility? (Awakening others?)
Again, it depends on our karmic contract. But again, the contract is more of a guideline than anything else. We can take as much (or as little) responsibility as we feel comfortable with.
What is humanity’s choice in this?
At a soul level, everyone has agreed to this. The problem is that the “mind of the body ” may not be aware of the decision of its soul. The problem is getting our mind/body (and the mind/body of others) to a point where the higher truths of the soul may begin to penetrate into consciousness. Once that begins to happen, the question of whether or not this is a free choice disappears because we know that it is.
And what if people don’t want to shift and/or be a part of the ascension process?
As noted above, everybody wants to be a part of this process. The question is can the minds of the psychologically and emotionally sick be healed quickly enough so that they may participate in the process. The answer is, of course, yes. As a group, it is our responsibility to heal where we can We wait to ascend until those that we care for or are carrying forward are ready. There can be exits, of course, but these are NEVER part of the plan. Under the stress of a rising vibration, people may snap and take their own lives and the lives of others. We must also consider involuntary deaths such as are caused by the ignorant wars of the leaders and the greed which starves and kills.
What effort from us is needed for it to happen, if it’s not a given?
It is a given. We are all going to expend more or less effort, but it’s an effort that we rejoice in.
What role does the “critical mass” theory play in the process?
Not as much as you might think. The ascension operates more like an exponential grown curve with change accelerating in an exponential fashion as more and more people awaken.
Will all people on earth ascend once the critical mass is reached?
All people on this earth will ascend at some point. When? Well, that just depends. Neither the curve nor length of the exponential curve that is awakening and ascension are fixed or given. It is modified on a moment-to-moment basis based on the current state of consciousness of the planet.
What will happen to those who will not ascend?
They will live out their natural lives in 3D reality oblivious to the spiritual realities around them. They will be as happy or as miserable as they always have been. The only difference will be that their intent will manifest much faster and, as a result, their lives may be shortened by the conditions of their consciousness. For example, cancer and other diseases will emerge and progress faster, but by the same token cures will also appear faster. So if people can manage to open to change, lives will be saved. It will all depend on the state of the individual’s consciousness and the state of the 3D collective consciousness.
Keep in mind here that the vast majority of people will ascend. Even the “sleepy heads” will (at some point) open their eyes. The farther we get along, the more light the Lightworkers bring in, the harder it is going to be to keep those eyes closed. Eventually, it will be impossible not to see, and (what’s even better) by that point there will be so many people standing by willing to help that ascension will be (even for the seriously psychically injured) easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Can mother earth ascend even if man does not?
Yes. But that would be uncomfortable for all involved.
What will then happen to humanity?
Nothing.
Were the destruction of Atlantis and Lemuria all part of a bigger plan? A setup for the current process?
Indeed! Each of Lemuria and Atlantis form a part of an “ascension locking mechanism.” The process of living through each of those ascension attempts implanted several locks, which, in conjunction with the work of the Annunaki, keep us from taking our power too soon. The locks are opened by “keys” many of which you will find liberally sprinkled around my website.
Is it safe to say that there is a certain type of diet we should eat in order to begin the ascension? Certain number of hours of sleep? How important is the health of the vehicle to the ascension process?
The health of the physical vehicle is very important. Proper sleep, proper nutrition, exercise, and proper meditative practice (visualization) are key to your personal ascension process.
