The Masonic Tarot – The Lovers
In the old archetypal system, this is a very confused and confusing card, which is perhaps not surprising given the symbolic overload present. Frankly, it is hard to tell what is going on in this card, what to focus on, or what the core message is. There are apples and serpents, an Adam and Eve, a winged angel, a mountain, the sun, a tree on fire and some clouds. Like a badly composed photograph, there’s no focus, no rhyme, and no reason. And while you might be tempted to “dig in” and “go deep” in order to try and figure out what the Waite card was after, to do so would be a waste of time. The lack of focus in this symbolic cornucopia would keep your head spinning around in circles, possibly indefinitely. But then, that is the point.Blocking your access to the mount of truth beyond is fear, confusion, judgment, temptation, and woe. In the old energy you need a key to figure this crap out, and that is key is only provided once you need and submit. New Energy
The Halo/Sharp Tarot – Activation
In the new energy this card simply refers to the idea of, and foundation for, kundalini activation. There is nothing very esoteric (hidden), mystical, fearful, or confusing here. If you want to pursue the holy grail of kundalini activation, and you want to do it in a safe and proper fashion, simply establish right thought, engage in right action, and create right environment. Heal and strengthen your body and mind, balance the energies of yin and yang in your own body, set your intent to activate, and then sit back and enjoy the ride.
